I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and firmly believe that therapy can be useful for any issue you or your loved one may be experiencing. I specialize in: Relationship concerns (romantic, friendship, family), Multicultural Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, and Life Adjustments. I have extensive experience with the youth, young adult, and adult population. I would be honored to come alongside you to increase your understanding of yourself and explore ways to cope with any challenges you are currently experiencing.
My highest priority is to create a warm, caring, and collaborative space so that you feel safe and understood. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral and multicultural framework in my therapy and believe that the relationship between a therapist and client plays a tremendous role in increasing one’s wellness. I look forward to partnering with you towards growth, understanding, and change.
